Sales experience had good points but some things were off
I went into this expecting pretty straightforward info, and honestly, the sales folks managed to give me a good overview of what the software and training included. It was nice that they were patient answering my questions about the calling tools and the database features; definitely a plus. What felt a bit off though was the pace at which they moved things along; some parts felt a little rushed and I couldn't always get a full grasp of invoicing or support access in the early talks. I had to circle back multiple times to get clarity, which was a bit frustrating, but on the upside I really appreciated that they did follow up as promised, keeping me updated on automatic updates and how they might affect the workflow. So in the end, while the communication had its stumbles, the clarity I got made me think it was mostly worth it. The one consistent good thing was how they handled the pre-purchase questions patiently, that stuck with me even though I wished for a bit more detailed info upfront.
