Sales experience had good and not-so-good bits
Going through the sales and pre-purchase process left me with mixed feelings. The registration and payment part was smooth and pretty straightforward, which was great. The invoicing came through promptly and was easy to understand as well. However, when it came to the actual onboarding and training materials, I found some contradictions in the order things were presented. For example, I was expected to start using the calling tools before I fully understood how the database worked in supporting that process. This meant some trial and error was unavoidable, which could frustrate a new user. On the flip side, the automated updates felt timely and generally non-disruptive, so the platform stayed current without much trouble. Telephonic support was available but sometimes it felt like I had to explain myself multiple times to get suitable answers. Overall, the process felt somewhat inconsistent in flow; it worked in some areas like payment and updates, but the actual learning experience felt patchy and required patience. I think the whole experience could benefit from better alignment of training content with software functionality steps. That said, I appreciate the accessible support channels and the transparent billing, which made it easier to commit despite the bumps elsewhere.
