Website aur pre-purchase info mein information scattered thi, jo mujhe ekdam sahi jagah tak nahi le payi. Main aage kya karun, kis plan mein kya milega yeh samajhna mushkil tha. Support tak pahunchna bhi thoda tedious tha, phone par response kabhi transparent nahi tha. Mujhe lag gaya ki agar simple aur clear option diye hote toh main jaldi decision le sakta tha. Bas database feature aur dialer ki basic jankari sahi thi, par overall, mujhe zyada help nahi mili pehle se, jo main chahata tha. Main apne dost ko bhi yeh bataunga ki thoda confusing setup hai, direct path nahi milta easily.
