Training ke dauran jab kuch issues aaye, toh mujhe laga ki support team ko thoda aur proactive hona chahiye tha. Onboarding process smooth tha, lekin jab software access mein problem aayi, tab thoda time laga resolve karne mein. Lekin overall outcome achha tha kyunki main finally process samajh gaya tha aur software use karna seekh gaya. Training material bhi kaafi comprehensive tha, par jab live help chahiye thi, vo thoda slow respond kar raha tha. Main samajhta hoon ke har system mein issues aate hain, bas ye chhoti si rukawat thi jo thoda inconvenient thi. Otherwise, main definitely recommend karunga unke training aur onboarding for setting remote workflows efficiently.
