Result was workable but setup felt uneven
I found the initial setup through the WorkFromHomeIndia training to be a mix of straightforward and puzzling moments. The one-off tasks, such as entering initial data into the database and setting up calling credentials, went well and did not take too long. However, the ongoing adjustments and optimizing workflow steps after that required more trial and error. At one point, I remember struggling to understand how to fine-tune the dialer settings to fit my routine; no specific detailed guidance was immediately available, so I had to piece things together myself. Despite this, the telephonic support was responsive when I reached out, but the continuous nature of some tasks meant there was always some ambiguity. Overall, the setup led me to a system I can use regularly, though it took longer and felt less cohesive than I originally expected during training and onboarding.
