Responsiveness during sign-up left much to be desired
I was initially quite hopeful about setting up the WFHI software for managing remote workflows, especially given the importance of a smooth onboarding process. Signing up was straightforward enough, but when I needed help, I found that the responsiveness of their team was inconsistent at best. There were periods during the first few days where follow-up on my queries was delayed, resulting in some frustration. That said, I have to admit the telephonic support did eventually come through and the help provided then was competent, even if a bit slow to arrive. The invoicing and payment process was clear, which is a small relief considering the overall experience. I mostly struggled with communication rather than the software functionality itself, though beyond this, the automatic updates seemed to integrate smoothly without requiring manual intervention. However, the dialer and calling tools did not perform as well for me; calls occasionally dropped or the interface was sluggish on peak days, disrupting workflow. On the plus side, the database feature seemed well thought through and could integrate reasonably with existing spreadsheets, so that was a highlight in terms of usability. Overall, I felt the support and sales team's inconsistency in responsiveness overshadowed the competent software backbone, leaving me hesitant about further investment.
