Responsive trainers but missing a few live examples
From the start, the trainers were quite responsive whenever I reached out with questions during training and onboarding. They replied promptly via email and were available for a couple of telephonic sessions, which I appreciated. The training curriculum was fairly comprehensive, though I felt it lacked more live examples or case scenarios which would have made the understanding deeper. Occasionally, I had to follow up for clarifications, which was fine but a little more proactive guidance would have been ideal. The software demonstrations did cover the basics well, but real-world scenario simulations weren't part of the sessions. Overall, I found the onboarding smooth and the communication timely. My small reservation is just about the practical application aspect missing from the training, which I think would have enhanced my readiness further.
