Responsive support but could use quicker follow-ups
The support team was generally attentive whenever I reached out for assistance during my use of the platform. They responded within reasonable times and addressed my questions with care. However, there were moments where I wished the follow-up was faster to maintain momentum in my setup process. The responses often came after a decent pause, which slowed down my workflow slightly at times. Still, the quality of support was good overall, and I appreciated their readiness to help. What felt lacking was a more proactive approach in checking if I needed further help without my prompting. Better follow-up might improve the overall user experience significantly.
