Responsive but would hesitate to buy again soon
The sales and pre-purchase process had its highs and lows for me. When I first inquired, the team was quick to respond, answering all my questions in reasonable detail and helping me understand the training options available. The sign-up and invoicing went without hassle, which I appreciated. However, I felt some of the explanations about the software capabilities were a bit vague, and I had to follow up multiple times for clarifications. Although the people were friendly and helpful, this back and forth made me wonder if the support would always be this committed. I think I'd consider buying from them again, but only after observing how well the actual support holds up over time.
