Responsive but sometimes slow to pick up

Calls to their helpline usually got picked up within minutes, which made a big difference on busy days. However, there were a couple of times when the follow-up took longer than I expected, especially when I needed assistance outside the usual office hours. The communication was clear and polite, but honestly, waiting longer than a few minutes felt frustrating. The automatic updates run smoothly, so I didn't have to worry about the software going out of date. I appreciate that they keep the system updated without much hassle. Still, it would be better if the telephonic support had more consistent response times. So, good in most cases, but those occasional delays left me wanting more reliability when I really needed quick answers.
