Responsive but missing key info in pre-purchase interactions
During the pre-purchase phase, I reached out multiple times to ask about various features of the software and the training process. The responses came fairly quickly, which I appreciated, and I didn’t experience long wait times when contacting their team. However, despite their responsiveness, I found that some important information was missing or unclear in these exchanges. In particular, I wanted more detailed explanations about how the database feature would integrate with my existing workflows and how the calling tools would handle automatic updates. While some answers were given, they often felt generic and didn’t fully address my concerns. The sign-up and payment process appeared straightforward from the documentation shared, but since it was still unclear how the system would behave day-to-day, I felt hesitant. The support available after purchase seemed promising, but at the time, I needed more concrete guidance upfront. Overall, the communication was good in terms of speed but lacked depth in content, which is what I really needed to make an informed decision. That missing clarity was the main reason why the pre-purchase experience felt incomplete to me.
