Responsive but could be quicker
The training and onboarding at WorkFromHomeIndia left me mostly satisfied. The people were quite responsive to my queries, which definitely helped me advance through the onboarding steps without long delays. I appreciated their attentiveness during the video training sessions and follow-up calls, making sure I understood each tool and workflow. The dialer setup instructions were clear, and the use of the database feature was explained well, allowing me to integrate it smoothly into my system. However, the onboarding flow could have been a bit more intuitive in places; some steps felt slightly out of order, causing me to revisit the same material at times. Despite that, I felt supported and informed throughout the process. Overall, I would rate the training as very good, with only minor room for improvement in the step sequencing which would make it perfect for new users like me.
