Response time was the only thing working well
Generally, I was not very impressed by the responsiveness of the sales team at WFHI in the pre-purchase phase. When I reached out for clarifications, sometimes it took quite a while before someone got back to me, which felt frustrating. The initial call did provide a nice overview, but follow-ups were inconsistent with some delays. That said, I have to admit that once a reply came, the information was useful and reasonably clear. The sign-up and payment processes also went through without any glitches, which I appreciated. However, the waiting times and lack of proactive communication made me question their customer engagement style. It wasn’t what I expected from a company offering remote workflow tools. Despite the poor responsiveness, I found the software features seemed practical when briefly demonstrated. But the slow replies definitely left a bad impression on me. So the only bright spot was the moment when they actually responded well, proving that parts of the team understand their product. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to fully convince me in this stage.
