Repetitive follow-up annoyed me but sign-up was straightforward

I found the sales and pre-purchase process somewhat frustrating mostly because of the amount of repetition involved. I had to go over the same details multiple times, which made the waiting feel longer than necessary. The invoicing and payment procedure at least was smooth from my perspective, with clear instructions and prompt generation of the invoice. However, the back-and-forth emails and calls for confirming fairly standard information seemed like overkill and slowed down the onboarding. I was hoping for a more streamlined approach since the software itself promised efficiency. On a positive note, telephonic support was responsive when I finally got connected and they walked me through the remaining doubts. Still, the overall waiting and repetitive questions sometimes made me question if the process was optimized for users who really want to start quickly. I believe reducing these redundant verifications could improve the experience significantly. As for the training sessions, they began only after the payment cleared which was as expected, so no issues there. But the early delays definitely could have been avoided if the steps were better coordinated. I know the complexity might be necessary to some extent, but from my experience, this part of purchase and sign-up could have been handled more efficiently to save time and hassle.
