Repetition in training was minimal and efficient
I went through the onboarding training with a focus on running remote workflows smoothly, and what stood out most was how little waiting or repetition was involved. The modules were structured to keep me moving through different tools and features without getting stuck on the same things again. I appreciated that each section built on the last so I could see the progress clearly. There were a couple of moments where I had to pause to revisit some features, but that was mainly my own initiative to make sure I understood how the dialer and database matched my workflow. Overall the process felt streamlined, and it helped me get up to speed without feeling frustrated or bored. I've tried other remote workflow platforms before, and this was noticeably more efficient. The educational videos and live examples helped me grasp the key points quickly. The smooth flow kept me engaged, and I never felt like the system was wasting my time. I think the way they balanced repetition and new material really added value to the training experience.
