Repetition in sales calls slowed progress
During the sales and pre-purchase phase, I observed a noticeable amount of repetition in the questions asked and the information shared. Each call often covered the same points, which extended the time it took to reach a decision. While the staff was polite and attentive, this back-and-forth felt unnecessary and caused delays. Additionally, I experienced some waiting periods between calls for follow-up information, which could be frustrating when you want to move quickly through the purchasing steps. However, the clarity provided during calls was helpful, and ultimately the explanations gave me confidence about the product. I think the process would benefit from a more streamlined approach to reduce overlap and expedite the buyer’s experience. In short, while the sales team is knowledgeable, trimming down redundancy would lead to a smoother pre-purchase journey.
