Repetition and waiting were more than I expected
Honestly, I was surprised at how slow the whole training and onboarding felt. There were multiple sessions that repeated the same content even though I had already grasped those parts quite well. Each step took longer than I thought it would because we had to wait for others to catch up, which made me lose focus several times. The pacing was off, and instead of moving forward with practical tasks quickly, it felt like going in circles. I had expected a more streamlined flow to keep things engaging, but this definitely wasn’t the case. It felt like my time wasn’t valued as much as I hoped. Waiting so often and repeating the basics left me feeling frustrated and tired of the whole process. It was not what I had anticipated from this software training.
