repetition and waiting ruined the sales experience

Honestly, the worst part of the whole sign-up and sales process was how often I had to explain my situation again and again to different people. Each time I called for help or clarification, it felt like they didn’t remember what I just told them moments before. This led to frustrating repetition and slowed down the entire process considerably. Waiting on hold for telephonic support also often took much longer than I had been led to expect, and that made me lose confidence early on. Though the software itself might be fine, the pre-purchase communication was disorganized enough to create real headaches, which in my case almost led me to abandon it altogether. If you want quick answers during sales or help with basic steps, this could test your patience. I’m left feeling annoyed that no one seemed to take proper notes or keep track of what I’d already covered with them.
