Repeated steps and waiting times balanced by decent software features
The onboarding and sales process with WFHI had its positives, but there was also noticeable redundancy and delays. I found myself often repeating basic setup steps, which felt unnecessary given the initial detailed walkthrough. The waiting time between signing the contract and getting full access to advanced call dialer functions stretched longer than I had hoped. On the plus side, once everything was in place, the software itself was quite robust; features like the database integration and automatic updates worked smoothly without glitches. Support was available, but sometimes responses to more detailed queries took time, adding to the overall lag in progress. The invoicing and payment handling were straightforward and well structured, which was a relief amid other waiting annoyances. So, while the platform shows strong software capabilities, the pre-purchase and sales experience could benefit from less repetition and faster communication to improve user satisfaction early on.
