Reliable software, but a few features I missed
I've been using this software daily for several months now, and honestly, it has been quite reliable overall. The initial setup was straightforward, and after the training, I was able to navigate the dashboard without much trouble. The automatic updates rolled out quietly without disrupting my workflow, which was a relief. One thing I found missing was a more detailed customization option for the database feature; sometimes I needed a finer filter that wasn't available. The calling tools performed well, with clear audio and a functional dialer, making remote work manageable. While the software met my core needs, a bit more flexibility in data management would have been appreciated. Still, it has been a solid everyday tool for managing tasks remotely.
