Reliable daily use with some small quirks
After using WFHI’s solution day in and day out, I must say my experience has a nuanced shade. Initially, the sales and pre-purchase interaction seemed decent but not exceptional; they were clear enough in explaining basics such as the calling tools and database features but sometimes a bit too generic about the automatic update system. However, as I settled into regular usage, what stood out was the consistent performance and fairly smooth onboarding flow, which kept improving with feedback. The telephonic support was usually reachable, though occasionally a little slow, but responsive enough when needed. On the downside, some labels in the software felt ambiguous, which made everyday tasks like invoicing and payment confirmation slightly more complicated than necessary. Still, these small irritants didn’t overshadow the overall benefit that the platform brought to managing remote workflows. In that regard, what really impressed me was the robustness of the dialer integration across the week-to-week work. It made a noticeable difference to productivity which wasn’t entirely clear at first during the sales process.
