On the downside, the automatic updates occasionally introduced unexpected behavior, causing minor disruptions during ongoing tasks. This aspect stood out because in daily operations, stability is key. While the telephonic support was helpful whenever I needed assistance, it would be better if updates were less intrusive or provided with clearer notice. Overall, the software meets most needs effectively, but those automatic updates could use improvement.
