Reflection on how long setup took overall
Looking back at my onboarding experience with WFHI's software and training, I can tell you it took a fair amount of time to get everything running smoothly. When I first signed up, setting up the database and linking the calling tools was more involved than I anticipated, especially since the automatic updates sometimes came mid-process and required adjustments. When things went wrong — like a syncing error in the dialer or a hiccup in the database query — I leaned heavily on telephonic support. The people I spoke to were helpful and patient, even if it sometimes took a few calls to resolve things fully. Reflecting now, I realize that part of the setup time was inevitable because I was learning a new workflow system altogether, not just the software itself. The training materials were clear, but real-world application always brought surprises, which the trainers had prepared me for. The invoicing and payment steps were straightforward and completed quickly, which was a relief during a process that otherwise felt drawn out. Over time, I started appreciating how the software's automatic updates brought new features or bug fixes without me needing to intervene. Considering all this, while the total time to fully integrate the system was longer than I expected, the patience and support offered helped me get through the bumps and now I am confident using the platform consistently.
