Reflecting on the ups and downs of this software access
Looking back, I found that the software itself was a lot more complicated than I expected, and I had to figure out many things on my own without sufficient guidance. The onboarding process promised an easier start, but honestly, I struggled to get basic access and had to spend hours troubleshooting alone. It was frustrating because I hoped the training would help smooth the initial steps, but there was a lot left unexplained. On the positive side, once I made it through the initial hurdles, some features like the dialer and database were useful, but getting there required more trial and error than I had anticipated. I appreciate that automatic updates kept the system current, though they occasionally felt like they disrupted my workflow. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, at least, and the telephonic support was polite but unable to help much with software issues. Overall, I feel I wasted too much time working out problems that perhaps better onboarding could have prevented, making the experience more exhausting than rewarding.
