Reflecting on the onboarding, I'd consider doing it again with caution
Looking back on the training and onboarding I did a while ago, I have some mixed feelings about how clearly everything was explained. The software introduction had useful content, and the step-by-step guides were helpful in theory. However, some sections felt rushed, and certain terminology was assumed to be known, which left me searching for additional clarification outside the sessions at times. On the plus side, the database features and calling dialer were introduced with practical demos that made understanding easier after the initial confusion. Automatic updates were seamless enough, which helped me focus on learning rather than fighting bugs. Though the invoice and payment process instructions were clear, the sign-up was a bit tedious, especially when trying to align it with my schedule. Considering all this, I think I would do the training again if necessary, but with the expectation that I'd need to take notes or supplement the training with extra help to really grasp some parts.
