Reflecting on the effort: sales experience versus my past tools
Looking back, I realize that switching to this platform required a bit more effort than I initially expected. Previously, I had used other software solutions that felt more plug-and-play, with minimal steps before diving in. This WFHI experience involved more detailed onboarding and required commitment to understand all functionalities, which took some persistence. The sales process was friendly but also thorough, and it felt like they genuinely wanted you to be sure before purchasing. One thing I appreciated was the clarity in explaining their services and the software’s capabilities, which wasn’t always the case in my past experiences. However, I did find the pre-purchase training sessions a bit comprehensive and sometimes overwhelming. It’s not a criticism per se, but it did mean I had to dedicate time I might not have planned initially. Still, after a while, I realized the effort was worth it because the software offered more robust features than I was used to. So, although it took more time and preparation upfront compared to what I was familiar with, I can say the value justifies the effort. I’d recommend being ready for a bit of work before you get fully comfortable, which wasn’t always my experience before.
