Reflecting on the effort it took to fit training around my actual working hours
Looking back on my experience, I realize that the onboarding and training demanded quite a bit of effort to align with the hours I actually had available to work. At first, I thought I would breeze through the modules in the evenings, but the depth of content and the regular automatic updates meant I had to spend more time than I anticipated. Some days, the dialer and database features required hands-on practice during parts of the day when I wasn’t free, making the schedule feel quite packed. Despite this, I found the training valuable as I adapted to the workflow and learned the nuances of the software tools. There were moments when the telephonic support helped me untangle issues without losing too much time, which made the effort feel worthwhile. Completing the onboarding process was not just about clicking through lessons but balancing my real-life hours with the software’s pace. Now, weeks later, I can say the time invested has paid off in smoother daily use, though it definitely took more commitment than what one might have initially imagined.
