Reflecting on support: what I needed versus what I found
Looking back over the months since I first started using WFHI’s software and calling tools, I have mixed thoughts about their support and communication. On the one hand, I really appreciate how accessible their telephonic support line has been. Whenever I encountered issues, it was often easy to get through and have someone talk me through a solution patiently. The priority assistance feature especially helped during busy times when I needed quick responses. However, in some of those moments, I felt like I had to figure out a lot on my own before calling in. The training offered was good but sometimes it didn’t cover certain real-world hiccups that cropped up later. Also, the updates to the software were automatic, which was convenient but occasionally introduced unexpected changes that weren’t always well-explained. So, while the support team was definitely helpful and caring, the overall experience was a mix of useful human guidance alongside the personal challenge of self-navigation. Despite that, I feel I have gotten better at handling things now and look forward to continuing with their service.
