Reflecting on Setup: One-Time vs Ongoing Balance Stood Out
After using the software and training services for several weeks, I can clearly see that while the initial setup required some one-time effort, the ongoing maintenance has been quite manageable. The onboarding flow taught me the basics effectively, though I found parts of the database feature setup a bit complex at first. However, once established, the automatic updates helped keep the system fresh without needing me to intervene repeatedly. The payment and invoicing process remained consistent throughout, which was a relief. What stood out, in retrospect, was how much of the intensive configuration was upfront rather than ongoing – that's uncommon in such tools. I did experience some minor hiccups getting used to the calling tools and dialer, but support was fairly helpful. Overall, I think the balance between one-off setup and continual use is well-thought-out, though a bit more clarity during sales and pre-purchase about this might have been useful.
