Reflecting on my self-taught moments with WFHI software
Looking back on my experience with the WFHI software, I realize that quite a bit of effort was required on my part to fully grasp its capabilities. Although the onboarding included helpful training, much of the real learning happened when I navigated the features on my own, especially the dialer and database functionalities. The software is intuitively designed but not entirely straightforward, so I spent time exploring various menus and settings to match it to my remote workflow needs. Automatic updates were a relief, sparing me from manual downloading, though sometimes changes included features I wasn’t immediately familiar with, which added to the learning curve. Payment and invoicing were simple enough, yet I still had occasional questions that telephonic support helped clarify promptly. Overall, this experience taught me that while WFHI's tools are powerful, users should anticipate an initial period of self-driven learning to unlock the full potential. I'm satisfied now that I can rely on it without constant help, but the effort invested initially was significant.
