Reflecting on mixed feelings about sales experience
Looking back on my interaction with the sales process, I have some mixed feelings. On the positive side, the initial sign-up and payment steps were clear enough, and I managed to understand quite a bit without extra help, which was convenient. However, navigating through some of the information before purchasing felt a bit overwhelming, with repetitive explanations that didn’t quite answer all my questions the first time. This made me unsure about whether I’d easily remember what to do next time I needed support. I think I would probably need to reach out again for help in the future, as some areas weren’t fully transparent or straightforward from the start. Overall, while parts of the experience worked well, there was enough confusion to make me hesitant about how smooth a next process would be without assistance. This balance of positives and negatives leaves me uncertain but willing to try again if needed.
