Reflecting back, might suit beginners more than experts

Thinking over my experience with the training and onboarding now that some time has passed, I'd say the materials were useful but leaned towards catering to beginners. The labels and terminology made sense for anyone new to running remote workflows but sometimes felt a bit simplistic if you already have some familiarity with this kind of software. For example, some menu options and functionalities were explained in very basic terms which might feel redundant for someone more experienced. While the pacing was generally comfortable and the telephonic support was reachable, I found that it could be a bit slow when trying to resolve more nuanced questions about the database feature or call dialer configurations. So, I believe the setup would suit users who want a straightforward, guided introduction but might leave more seasoned operators wishing for deeper or more technical detail initially. That said, it covers all essentials well and the automatic updates are a useful feature that keeps things current without effort.
