Reflecting back, I would definitely go through the process again
Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s pre-purchase steps, I remember there was a fair amount of repetition in explanations about the software features, which at first felt a bit tedious. It took several contacts and some waiting before I finally felt ready to commit. But now, a while after using the product regularly, I can see the value in that thoroughness. It allowed me to understand the system better and set up my workspace properly. The sign-up and payment process were regular but without any surprises or stumbling blocks. Calling the support team was sometimes a bit slow, but the quality of answers made up for the wait. Overall, the process was longer than I thought it would be, and the onboarding was steady but not rushed. If I had to decide now whether to go through everything from the start again, I wouldn’t hesitate because it laid the groundwork for a smooth remote workflow experience.
