Reflecting back: Good but some bumps remain
Looking back at my experience with the training and onboarding software, I can say it mostly helped streamline my remote workflow. Over time, I saw how the calling tools and dialer became easier to handle, and the database feature fit neatly into my data organization tasks. The automatic updates ensured I wasn’t stuck with outdated interfaces, which kept things running fairly smoothly. On the flip side, some aspects could have been better. Telephonic support was useful but sometimes a delay in response added to the frustration when I faced glitches. The initial sign-up and invoicing process was efficient, but I remember wondering if the onboarding instructions could have been clearer at certain points, especially when managing the more advanced features. A couple of times, the labels in training didn’t match exactly what I encountered in the software—leading to moments of confusion. Still, the positives outweighed those hiccups by a good margin; the software grew on me as I used it daily, becoming more intuitive with every update. So, while there’s room for improvement, especially in communication and tutorial clarity, overall it has been a helpful tool in managing my remote work setup and keeping my workflow cohesive and updated throughout.
