Reasonably straightforward, though not all clear
I felt pretty neutral about the pre-purchase experience overall. Finding the information I needed was neither a breeze nor a slog. The sales portal was laid out with enough structure to guide me along, but sometimes I ended up clicking around a bit to find definite answers about invoicing and payment terms. What made it okay was the presence of telephonic support, which helped clarify some doubts, though I wouldn’t say the interaction was particularly warm or rushed either way. The clearer parts were where the process gave me straightforward instructions for signing up and for handling the software access itself, which made those stages feel manageable. Still, I think a better overview or a concise FAQ section would have made it easier for me to feel assured before committing. On the frustrating end, some of the training-related labels in the onboarding were vague, making me pause. Overall, it was an average experience that leaned toward fine, helped by some gentle support and decent software clarity but held back by minor confusions about exactly what comes next or how the payment cycles flow.
