At the outset, I found the sales process reasonably clear and structured but with certain aspects that left me a bit uncertain. The initial sign-up and invoicing steps were straightforward, and I appreciated the prompt confirmation emails which helped build trust. However, there were moments when the sequence of information delivery felt slightly abrupt, particularly around the training modules access versus payment finalization. This made me question whether I was fully prepared before using the software itself. Despite this hiccup, the overall clarity of communication and the availability of support functions gave me enough confidence by the end to move forward comfortably. If I were to explain it to a friend, I'd say: "It's a mostly smooth process with a few small adjustments needed to make the onboarding feel completely seamless."
