Reasonable training flow but felt some early steps missed
The onboarding and training approach by WFHI made sense mostly, with a clear sequence that built on each previous lesson. The initial sessions focused on signing up and basic navigation, which was reassuring. Yet, I noticed a missing emphasis on how the calling tools and dialer integrate with the database from the start. Introducing those connections earlier might help grasp the full workflow better. Later sections did cover these features in detail, but I think the order could be tweaked to give a more holistic picture sooner. The pace was calm and warm, never rushed, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience felt professional and supportive, but I expected a more integrated introduction between key software parts. Adding that first step could make the transition smooth and cut down the time needed to become comfortable fully using the platform.
