Reasonable help, confusing follow-up
I found the telephonic support surprisingly polite and timely, which was a relief. The initial help with navigating the dialer system was straightforward and resolved my question quickly. However, the later steps felt out of order; after the first call, I was told to check information in the database, but that part hadn't even been introduced clearly yet. It was a bit frustrating to get instructions that assumed knowledge I didn't have at the moment. The sequence felt disjointed, and some directions overlapped or contradicted what the software itself showed. Despite the poor order, the patience of support staff was one thing I can honestly say went well and made me keep trying. Overall, the support did its job but the experience could improve if the steps for troubleshooting were structured more logically in the communication.
