Reasonable flow but order sometimes left me guessing

My impression of the sales and pre-purchase steps was honestly quite mixed. The process mostly got the job done, but I wasn’t always sure why certain steps appeared when they did. While some stages like signing up and invoicing were smooth and logically placed, other elements like software demos and training sign-ups felt scattered and not always in the most helpful sequence. I had to jump back and forth between pages to confirm details, which broke my flow and added unnecessary time to the onboarding. Despite this, the core features came across well enough for me to see what I was getting. The support was available but didn’t always clarify why things were arranged this way. More linear or guided sequencing would make things easier for people new to remote workflow tools. Overall, it’s not a disaster by any means—the software’s capabilities were clear—but the order of steps does impact the experience in subtle ways I wouldn’t have expected initially. I’ll continue to monitor how it develops going forward since the product itself has value if the setup was improved.
