Really impressed with how smooth the onboarding felt this time
Compared to other training programs I’ve tried before, I felt this one was much better paced and clear. The onboarding started right at the basics but didn’t waste time dwelling on things I already knew, which was refreshing. What really stood out was the way they integrated software practice right alongside the lessons, so I could try out the calls and database features myself almost instantly. This hands-on approach made the whole thing more engaging and gave me confidence to keep going without too many pauses. It wasn’t perfect — for example, I wish the invoicing section was slightly more detailed — but overall it felt like I was moving through a well-thought-out course designed to make remote workflows easier, not harder. The sign-up and payment process also went smoothly and didn’t cause any delays for me to start. I expect I’ll keep using their training materials as I get deeper into managing remote tasks.
