Really impressed compared to what I’ve used before
Honestly, using WFHI's support and communication has been a breath of fresh air compared to what I dealt with in other platforms. Before, labels and instructions felt confusing, and support calls dragged on with unclear wording, but here it’s much more straightforward. I actually felt like I could have real conversations with support without constantly asking for clarifications. Plus, the calling tools and dialer are clearly integrated with what I’m trying to do daily, making everything feel much more connected than my past experiences. The training felt personalized, and automatic updates rarely disrupted anything, unlike some of the clunky systems I used to endure. It’s a relief to have smoother communication overall because it saves so much time and frustration. I’d definitely recommend this setup to anyone struggling with complicated remote workflow solutions because this one just feels right from the start.
