Ek baat jo mujhe thodi ajeeb lagi was ki updates kabhi kabhi jaldi aate hain, jis se kabhi kabhi mujhe software ko adjust karna padta tha. Invoicing process simple tha though, aur payment karne mein koi dikkat nahi hui. Main kabhi kabhi sochti thi ki agar ye thoda flexible hota with respect to work hour changes, toh aur aasan hota. Support team bhi helpful thi jab mujhe thodi issues aaye, par wait thoda zyada karna pada joh thoda frustrating tha. Overall toh software thik-thak suit karta hai meri roz ki working schedule ke liye, bas thoda aur fine tuning karni chahiye onboarding aur update schedules mein. Agar main aage bhi continue karungi toh expect karungi ki yeh tools aur zyada user-friendly banein with thoda patience from support side bhi.
