Realized support wasn’t quite what I expected
From the start, I hoped that the sales process would be straightforward and hassle-free, but it did not quite turn out that way. The moment I realized things might go wrong was when I had questions about the training packages and how the access to software would work. The communication around those points felt vague and led to confusion. I tried calling the support line several times, but each call ended up on hold for too long, and sometimes I simply didn’t get connected. The invoicing was clear enough and the payment system worked without trouble, so at least that aspect was fine. Still, the lack of timely and informative feedback during the sales and onboarding phases left me uncertain about what I was committing to. I had to sort out many details on my own, and it felt like the system was not as user-friendly as I originally thought. By the time I reached out for assistance, it dawned on me that the guidance I expected from the team wasn’t there consistently. It was a frustrating experience, though the product itself seems promising if better accompanied by support.
