Realized ongoing payment complexity late
When I first started with WFHI’s software and services, I thought the billing setup would mostly be a one-off thing after the initial sign-up. The invoicing process seemed straightforward, and I appreciated the clear information during purchase. However, after using the software for a few weeks, it became clear that some charges related to ongoing updates and certain premium features were recurring, which wasn’t as explicitly detailed upfront as I would have liked. On the positive side, the technical support I called was helpful in clarifying payment terms and subscription plans, and automatic updates ensured the software stayed current without manual effort. While I understand that updates and ongoing service fees are part of any software package, I still found the distinction between one-time and recurring payments a bit confusing until I spent more time exploring the dashboard and support materials. It clicked for me only after I reviewed several invoices and realized that some features triggered additional charges. This meant I had to adjust my budget expectations, which was unexpected but manageable. All told, I wish the communication around ongoing payment setup had been a bit clearer from the beginning, but I recognize the value of regular updates overall.
