Realized it wasn’t what I expected right after signup
I signed up hoping the software and training would be straightforward and clear but that was not the case. The initial sales pitch made it sound very user-friendly and quick to get started, but the reality was confusing. The sign-up process itself was clunky and invoicing unclear. I struggled to figure out how the payment system worked and what exactly I was paying for. The training promised was minimal and didn’t prepare me for actual usage. The software’s database and calling tools were complicated and didn’t match the simple description I was given. I felt misled by the sales information, and that disappointment basically ended my interest quickly. This experience was frustrating because everything felt more complicated than what was promised before purchase. I wouldn’t recommend based on this. I won’t be continuing with their service.
