Quite smooth sign-up but felt like some steps were missing explanations
Hey, so signing up was mostly a breeze and payment got processed without any drama, which I really liked. Still, I kind of felt like I had to figure out bits here and there on my own, like how the automatic updates would apply or what exactly telephonic support covers. It wasn’t totally clear upfront, so a bit more detail during the pre-purchase info phase would have been nice. Otherwise, things moved fast enough and didn’t trip me up. Just wish some parts came with clearer heads-up before buying so I wouldn’t have to guess or ask later.
