Quite frustrating, more flaws than fixes
I had hopes for the training and onboarding process given the initial overview, but it turned out to be pretty disappointing. The first few modules seemed okay, and I was able to follow along, but as soon as I hit the onboarding stage, troubles began. The software kept glitching during setup, and the guidance to resolve these issues was vague. I tried reaching out to support, but the telephonic assistance didn't offer much help either. While I appreciated the concept of automatic updates keeping things current, the updates sometimes caused new bugs that slowed me down further. Overall, it felt like the process was more of a hurdle than a smooth ramp-up, and I wouldn’t easily recommend it based on this experience. Still, the initial training materials were decent enough, just overshadowed by the difficulties in the real onboarding.
