Quite an effort just to understand all the labels and terms
I found the sales information and pre-purchase explanations somewhat confusing overall. The wording on some of the promotional materials and the labels used in the interface didn’t always align with my initial understanding of what I was purchasing. It required more effort than expected to grasp all the features and the steps involved in signing up. I did appreciate that the payment process was fairly straightforward once I was past the initial confusion. Also, the telephonic support during the signing-up helped clarify some doubts quickly, which was a relief. Despite that, I had to spend considerable time and patience just trying to decode the documentation and interface labels, which could definitely be simplified for new users. So while one part of the process was tolerable, the initial stage was quite the hurdle, making me less enthusiastic about recommending it outright without some improvements.
