Quite a slog to finally get things running

I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for the WFHI software and training package, but it took far longer than I anticipated to actually get going with it. The sign-up and payment process was mostly smooth, maybe the only part that worked well without hiccups. However, onboarding felt overly complicated and drawn out, with several steps that seemed redundant. The training sessions, while informative, sometimes felt disconnected from the software itself, making it harder to apply the lessons in practice immediately. I was hoping the calling tools and dialer would just work out of the box, but there were glitches here and there, and the database feature also took some time to set up properly, requiring repeated adjustments. Automatic updates kept changing the interface without clear explanations, which caused confusion rather than making things easier. When I reached out to telephonic support, I mostly received polite but generic responses that didn't resolve my issues promptly. Overall, the experience felt like twice the effort for half the payoff. I'd advise anyone considering this to be prepared for a slow ramp-up and some frustration before the system feels usable, even though there are some decent elements like the invoicing clarity and payment flow. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliver the seamless remote workflow I was hoping for, at least not without more patience and effort than I found reasonable.
