Quick support mostly, but some repeated explanations
I expected the telephonic support to be more instantaneous and less repetitive based on what I had heard from others, but it wasn’t too bad either. When I first signed up, the process was fairly straightforward, and the software updated automatically, which was convenient. However, when I reached out to support for some questions during the training, I noticed there was a bit of waiting time before getting through, which was slightly disappointing. That said, once connected, the representatives were helpful and patient. One small issue was that I had to explain the same problem a couple of times due to internal handoffs, which made the communication feel a bit redundant. On the plus side, the call tools and dialer worked well across the week without any glitches, so my workflow remained stable. The database feature integrated smoothly with my tasks, making it easier to manage client info and call records. Overall, the experience was definitely better than I initially expected from some online reviews. The invoicing and payment processes were clear, and receiving invoices promptly helped keep track of expenses. If I were telling a friend, I would say it’s mostly positive but be prepared for some minor wait and repetition during support calls. For me, this was acceptable because most questions were answered thoroughly, and the system overall feels reliable for managing remote workflows.
